  • “Account Subscription Fee” means the monthly fee (excluding any taxes and duties) payable by You in accordance with the fee schedule set out on the Website (which Opentech may change from time to time on notice to You).

Opentech Consulting SRL conducts Personal Data Impact Assessments to identify risks that the processing of your Personal Data Opentech Consulting SRL may cause to your privacy rights in order to eliminate or reduce such risks. Such prior Personal Data Impact Assessments will be part of any development of new services or business opportunities and acquisitions by Opentech Consulting SRL.
